The twelve long-haul lanes Cody runs most
Cody Reames runs our interstate board, and the lanes below are the ones we are on every month. Bowling Green sits right in the middle of the I-65 corridor — about 65 miles south to Nashville, 115 miles north to Louisville — so we have a real geographic advantage on multi-state lanes that twin sites in other markets do not. Every long-haul job is a binding flat rate written before we load, with US DOT and MC authority on file.
The short-hop corridor (same day or next day)
- Bowling Green to Nashville, TN — ~65 miles straight down I-65. Our most-run lane, by far. Most jobs load and unload the same day.
- Bowling Green to Louisville, KY — ~115 miles up I-65. Same-day or next-morning delivery standard.
The 1-2 day Mid-South lanes
- Bowling Green to Lexington, KY — ~180 miles via the Bluegrass and I-64. UK transfer move country.
- Bowling Green to Knoxville, TN — ~190 miles. UT-Knoxville families and the East-Tennessee retirement crowd.
- Bowling Green to Cincinnati, OH — ~240 miles up I-65 and I-71.
- Bowling Green to Indianapolis, IN — ~245 miles straight I-65 north. Heavy Corvette-plant transfer lane.
- Bowling Green to Chattanooga, TN — ~210 miles via I-65 and I-24.
- Bowling Green to Birmingham, AL — ~245 miles down I-65.
The 2-3 day long-haul lanes
- Bowling Green to St. Louis, MO — ~290 miles via the Natcher Parkway and I-24.
- Bowling Green to Atlanta, GA — ~340 miles, the I-65 / I-24 / I-75 triangle.
- Bowling Green to Memphis, TN — ~330 miles via the Natcher Parkway and I-40.
- Bowling Green to Chicago, IL — ~395 miles straight I-65 north, our longest standing lane.
Sample 1-bedroom flat-rate anchors
Nashville starts around $700-$1,050, Louisville around $1,000-$1,500, Lexington around $1,400-$1,950, Indianapolis around $1,750-$2,450, Atlanta around $2,300-$3,250, Chicago around $2,650-$3,750. Bigger loads scale with cubic feet, and every job gets walked and quoted in writing before we sign you up.
What ‘same crew, both ends’ means on interstate
On every interstate job we run, the Bowling Green W-2 crew that loaded you in BG is the same crew that unloads you in Nashville, Louisville, or Lexington. No “agent network” handoff, no day-labor in the destination city. Request a written long-haul quote and Cody will scope the lane personally.
